Bug description: Porting out from Island Expeditions with 30-minute dungeon deserter debuff
Proof:

Today I had multiple Island runs, and in many cases only 2 people were there instead of 3.

The reason might be random kicking out from Islands with 3o minute dungeon deserter debuff, which also happened to me 2 times.
