Bug description: It gives less Intelect than it should ( 441 insted of 1324 ) @Anabolic, please investigate more, its not from war mode on. Ill put the new proof bellow. Also @Anabolic: in pvp should be 50% of 1324 (662, not 441)

I already told you there is nothing bugged with the trait, I can't confirm a bug for a developer to fix something that isn't bugged ( there isn't anything for him to work on), your issue is in PvP being triggered somehow and also your current print screen is from hitting the dummy in orgrimmar which is bugged and triggers PvP which makes your report irrelevant. If there was something wrong with this trait I would be the first one to witch hunt Devs to fix it but there isn't.

Also the reason why you have less than 50% is because you Have Ice Form which further lowers the scaling of your Frigid grasps and confirms what i said that your PvP is on and is triggered by that dummy.

Proof Only dummies that work are these ones in Zuldazar and Boralus this one for ST on ss and left ones for aoe other ones are PvP. Rejected.
