I'm having trouble launching

hi, i don't know if it's the right section, but i have problems with the game launch, when i start the launch, to start the game it takes at least 20 minutes to open, i tried to install it several times and i also downloaded all the game data, i don't think it is a problem related to my pc because it is powerful enough, how can i fix it?

Hello,

Try moving the entire folder to another directory.

Remove the read-only property from the entire folder afterwards and launch the game as administrator.
