[REJECTED] Character stuck in The Lost Isles at end of starting zone

Character name: Qixxii
Bug description: I have finished all quests on the lost isles and I had gotten the package and am at the end with the boat and thrall, but it wouldn't let me leave The Lost Isles, the next part of the quest or npc wasn't there to teleport me off of the island. I wanted to try abandoning the quest to get again, and I did that and it didn't work and now I don't have the package either. So my character has been stuck with no quests available on The Lost Isles.
