Hi,
Need some help with this quest as from 4 days already im struggling to complete it in order to proceed further with the campaign, on Map firs picture you can see the quest appear on, but when i go there Thomas is not there ,NPC missing.

I did the previous quest No Price Too High and the NPC Thomas just disappeared so no chance to take the next quest Commander and Captain.
1: did try to relog, i deleted cache , deleted the game and reinstalled still no NPC. Did all those steps and nothing.
2: waited for someone next to Rexxar and Voss to be on the same quest and share it with me, it worked shared, i did killed Malia and got the book from Augustine and when i went back to turn in the quest NPC is missing.
3: i got the quest shared from at least 10 players and every time i went back , i saw the NPC missing , i abandoned the quest and waited for next player to come and ask him to share with me the quest
4: created tickets , 4-6 at least, every time replied to my ticket with the same answer, relog, unstuck, delete cache .

Please help, i would really want to finish this campaign quests without creating a new character.

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce your issue.
I could complete the previous quests, including the one you reported and the next ones without any problems.

I would like to add to the given solutions:
- Abandon every quest that you have related to your war campaign
and then exit the game and delete your cache once again.
- After that visit our website and try the unstuck option
it will clear all your debuffs and phases. Then proceed to pick up the quest again and attempt to complete it.

Create a ticket when you are online and ask a GM to add + complete and reward the quest for you.

Make sure to link this topic in the ticket so the GM handling your ticket knows that they're allowed to manually complete it.
