Bug description: So i have some donated items from Legion and now i am upgrade gloves to 355 and cannot find how to upgrade it further to 395 or 425

1st. Upgrade 355 to 395 :

Wait. Are you telling that who make donate for items in Legion now have only 355 ilvl fro free? But this ilvl obtainable from heroic rdf.

I see new admins have an excellent policy. Just wow. I can give advice to do such resetting of donor items every year. Many profits, but less online. Who cares. Good luck with your new toy Wave

This policy is from 8.0 patch and was on the main announcement post when BFA was released.
