[DUPLICATE] Paragon reputation gains not counting

Bug description: After the server restart today, I, and many other players, cannot gain any more reputation from WQ. It seems to affect only factions that we are already exalted with (paragon reputation). Strangely, the +10 reputation from the active contract works. Everything seems to work fine for players that did not yet reach Exalted status.
