Bug description: The spell values for the first two effects are missing completely. The spell values should be -6%.
If my report is correct MM hunter should receive an overall nerf of -6%, however with limited access I don't know if I can see everything.

Hello,

After rechecking your simcraft is displaying Values from 8.3.0 which has a -6 % Base Value Modifier applied as ur Powershell shows. https://wow.tools/dbc/?dbc=spelleffect&&build=8.3.0.34963#page=1&&colFilter%5B34%5D=137016

However Freakz is using the latest changes from 8.3.7 and has the correct Damage Base Value Modifiers. https://wow.tools/dbc/?dbc=spelleffect&&build=8.3.7.35662#page=1&&colFilter%5B34%5D=137016

As you can see it is displayed as "-1" which is currently visually not correctly shown in Freakz Database but it is working as intended.

Note: on the wow.tools links you can see the Base Value under "EffectBasePointsF" to avoid confusion
