Bug description: The quest Remeber the Sunwell to unlock the allieted race nightborne its bugged ,its a scenario quest but the scenario dosent start the npc just stay freeze

Open a ticket in-game and link this forum post in it and a game master will assist you with it. For the time being there are some issues with the scenario-type quests.
