[REJECTED] [Mage] Arcane Mage template missing spell values

Bug description: The first two spell modifiers have spell missing values as well as the mod damage modifier. They should each be having a value of -1%.

Edit: Freakz DB is not displaying -1%.

And did you test if it is even applied, i am pretty sure it is just a visual on website since 1% is in question but if you go in game and calculate it works as intended.

Take frost nova for example:

Naked Belf 1469 SP, Frost nova has 4.48% SP scaling = 65.811 and then u take away 1% which equals to 65.153 as you can see here why is this correct well because the game usually rounds up numbers above .5 and if it wasnt applied the spell would do 66 damage instead of 65. Conclusion it works as intended.

Also lets take Arcane Blast for example 55% SP scaling = 807.95 then take away 1% which equals to 799.8705 Game result and this should be rounded in game @ 800 but for some reason it isn't and it doesn't really matter but the point is You can clearly see that the aura is applied correctly.Rejected.
