launcher problems

hello
today i tried to play but im getting this problem with the launcher. i already tried deleting cache, resetting my wifi, and removing the "read-only" option from the Wow folder but for some reason it doesn't work. i was also reading some of the posts here in the forum and i tried the options given to some of the problems but still doesnt work. i have a pic here of the error window that pops up. hopefully you can help ;D thanks

This is an issue with your connection to the server. Reset your network devices or flush your DNS.
