Bug description: While attempting to do the quest, the Dark Ranger dissapeared from my side, and the scenario could not continue. I've abandoned the quest, in the hope that I will be able to pick it up again, but the Dark Ranger does not appear at the location indicated by the map.

Relogging will make Dark Ranger Lyana reappear.
Also work for any quests with companions (where the quest giver or NPC follow you around)

nope, it did not appear after logging out.

Create a ticket in-game and as a GM to teleport you to the quest location and then relog. Dark Ranger should appear afterwards.
