This is not a Bug Report so please ensure you are posting in the right are. As far as your question, see below:

In order to receive another zone from the Map, you need to first finish the entire area you started (Get the achievement for completing the zone).

In order to receive world quests you need to :

Alliance:

Get friendly reputation with all starting zones:

* Tiragarde Sound
* Drustvar
* Stormsong Valley

Finish the 3 footholds from:
* Zuldazar
* Nazmir
* Vol'Dun

Horde:

Get friendly reputation with all starting zones:
* Zuldazar
* Nazmir
* Vol'Dun

Finish the 3 footholds from:

* Tiragarde Sound
* Drustvar
* Stormsong Valley
