Bug description: The Icebound Fortitude spell from DK should be available to use in the Ice Block generated by Jaina Proudmoore due to CHilling Stacks. According to multiple Jaina Proudmoore guides from retail this spell should allow DK's to set themselves free from it.

Jaina got hotfixed and Blink from Mage and Icebound Fortitude from Death Knight no longer free them from the Iceblock.
