[REJECTED] Crest of Paku - No proc

Character name: Intensso
Bug description: Crest of Pa'ku trinket does not proc throught a fight. Did Conclave boss yesterday and had no proc on it throughout the fight. TEsted again on dummy today and still no proc. Tried the following steps:
1. Relog
2. take off trinket ^ put it back on
3. used another trinket and then tried with Pa'ku again

"Gift of Wind" is the Proc of your Trinket and I see in both Screenshots it has procs.

What exactly is the Issue?
