hi im a bit confused i did the grim tidings quest and i chose to not kill saurfang but there is no other quest to continue the storyline...

Referring to the ticket you made, it seems that you've completed the 8.1.0 War Campaign. As I explained there as well, you can't go to Nazjatar as of right now due to the fact that we're at patch 8.1.0 and Nazjatar will be available once we release patch 8.2.0
