After killing Mythic Blackhand, it drops [Blackhand Forgehammer](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=116391&&name=blackhand-forgehammer) instead of [The Black Hand](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=113979&&name=the-black-hand)
