[REJECTED] Mage, icy veins, frigid grasp

Character name: Drughilau
Bug description: My azerite traits are frigid grasp more precise 3 times... 2 of them give me 1151 int and 1 of them 1050 so when i cast icy veins i should get 3352 int for 20 sec, instead i get 1117 int wich is 3352/3, so the trait is not stacking. I am not shure how is supposed to work or if this is s bug but in my oppinion i should get a stack of int (which value is 3352) now a average value that is 1117

It works as intended you just have your PvP on or make sure that you don't have Ice Form selected in PvP Talents and that should resolve your issue. Also make sure to relog after disabling PvP and switching Ice Form out.Rejected.
