[DUPLICATE] Quest Chain for Blood Elves Heritage Armor

Bug description:
The quest chain is supposed to be implemented in the 8.1.0 upgrade on the server as shown in main page. It requires being level 120, exalted with Silvermoon (I have both). However the NPC that starts the quest does not exist: https://www.wowdb.com/npcs/146939-ambassador-dawnsworn

I think the same case concern the Alliance Dwarves' Heritage Armor' quests too.

In case of announcement of implementing both scenarios, any reply about is welcomed.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of the issue and it is going to be fixed when it is possible. Unfortunately I can't give you any ETA related to that.
