[FIXED] Zaxasj the Speaker - Aphotic Blast Range

The range of [Aphotic Blast](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=282386) is way bigger right now than on Blizz.

How it works on blizz:
If the target is farder than ~25 yards, boss won't cast anything until he reach ~25 yards to the target and only then boss will start to cast Aphotic Blast again.

How it is right now on freakz:
Doesn't matter if target is far away, the boss will cast Aphotic Blast and will move only in the "intermision" between 2 casts.
