[DUPLICATE] [Zuldazar] Under False Colors

Character name: Felmourne

Bug description: Unable to complete the sub-quest "Casting the Bait." I already tried starting the quest on the mission board onboard the Banshee's Wail in the port of Zandalar for over 5 times (Abandoned quest and then restarted) but the quest "Under False Colors" is never registered as completed. The mission "Casting the Bait" itself always fails even with 200% success rate. I have already sent a ticket about a month ago but, it's yet to be fixed.

Please take a look into it ASAP as the questline for "Horde War Effort" requires the particular quest to be done.
