Bug description: After having collected the crystallized mana shards, Keristrasza is not visible at Transitus Shield in Coldarra. The Crystalized Mana Shards cannot be turned in. Quest cannot be completed.

Hello Forseth,

I just completed the quest without any issues.

I was able to summon the quest NPC using the quest item that was provided from the previous quest.

The quest item should be in your bags.
