[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Talent row 60 keeps resetting

Character name: Mates

Bug description: Most of the time when I join / leave an instance / BG / arena / port somewhere my talent row 60 disables. Most of the times I am pushed to play without row 60 (which is one of the most important as ele shammy). in BG when you join and its already started you basically are forced to play without row 60. In world I always have to keep book for talents, or I am without row 60. It is very annoying also.

This looks like a general bug, I have this problems on other classes too, but in other talent trees.

Looks like a random event, can you please provide more info? I could not reproduce. Tried battlegrounds, keystones, worked fine for me.

So, this kept happening for an hour now, after relog seems to be stopped, and the strange thing is that now it would reset a talent when you enter a bg rather than leave, weird.

Yup! For me this happened few times after RBG que, maybe merceneray mode is to blame.

Maybe, but it happens in arena too.

I uploaded a video on youtube as a proof. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. But trust me, its like 70/30.
It happens when you:
- Login to game
- Summon
- Enter a Keystone
- Use hearthstone
- Enter / Leave a BG
- Enter / leave an Arena
- it happens almost everytime...

For me it seems not so often as before but still happens, usually when leaving or joining (teleporting) to instanced zones.
