Weekly Islands Treasure Map Mission rewards are all wrong

Bug description: The reward is always some small amount of gold (400g or less) never mounts/pets/toys tmog items.I know that if you are capped on neck lvl the AP reward should turn into the gold reward just like the world quests AP reward turning into gold at max lvl reward but thats only for ap reward not any other reward(titan,items mounts etc)

This is a list of rewards that can come from this map and below you can see that there are several more maps with a bit different reward table.
The mounts/pets/ toys/mog items never show up as rewards for me. 35 gold this is trash.
If the reward is gold it should be 5000 gold.If the reward is AP it should be a 2k AP token+ 1500 AP bonus at 100+% chance to do the mission.If the reward is Titan Residuum it should be around 175-250 or so(depending on season the number should be higher as we progress through patches).When no gold/AP or Titan is rewarded you should get either one of these rewards:A mount.A pet.A toy.A transmog item suitable for your class/spec.Plate for plate etc.

I've gotten the usual 5,000 gold, 2000 azerite and titan residium countless times, but this reset i procced the "bad mojo banana" toy on main, and a 325 tmog item on alt. I assumes the mounts/pets can also proc if ur lucky."

So the reward each week should be 14% chance to get one of these i think to make it simple.

Got this happen to me too immediately after reaching HoA 50. Two treasure maps in a row rewarded missions with 400 gold.
