Bug description: today i logged open weekly chest and give me item server goes down and now i have no item and no key...

Hello Gabaet.

Unfortunately we can not provide you the missing loot in such cases unless it comes back via the mailbox system, such cases can occur from time to time, especially if you attempt to open the cache while the server is about to restart. You can recover the keystone by completing any mythic/mythic+ dungeon in case that it vanished

Also, please make sure to check out your mails, bank slots and void storage because the item which appears to be looted from the weekly cache seems to be already in your possesion.
