Bug description: I can not take the quest Warchief's Command. I have fulfilled all the conditions but there is no quest. I tried to re-enter the game but nothing changes.

You are unable to do that quest because the 8.2 content is not out yet, we are still on the 8.1.5 phase. More info can be checked out here.

I'll reject your post now since it's not an actual bug.
