[FIXED] Concentrated Flame(essence) VS Shadowy duel

Currently on PTR rogues **CAN'T** use [Concentrated Flame](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=295368&name=concentrated-flame) while under the effect of [Shadowy Duel ](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=207736&name=shadowy-duel), thats not how its supposed to be working. Rogues should be able to use the essence during Shadowy Duel.

) you can clearly see him using the essence against the target he used Shadowy Duel on.

As you can see in both of the videos i made on PTR you get the error "You are in a shapeshift form"
