Bug description: After i get teleported from Mother to Highmountain i see the NPCS only for 1 second and then they phase away. i've tried to delete Cache,WTF forlder + launcher and i've used unstuck to. still nothing.

Solved.

Will reject this for now since it was a singular case but we are going to keep an eye on the issue.
