[Mechagon] [NPC] The Scrap King vs loot

Bug description: The rare doesn't drop any loot. Actually here there are two NPCs: The Scrap King (vehicle) and The Scrap King (the rare itself), the first one is indeed lootable however the second one isn't. I tried it three times already and it didn't drop even spare parts (99% chance) so it isn't about luck.

The problem here is that killing the first NPC completes the daily tracking quest which makes the second one unlootable, even if they have different loot tables. This is important because only the second one drops the blue punchcard required to summon the Mechagonian Nullifier, required for the rares achievement. If it should be that only the first is lootable then you can move the important items to its loot table (similar problem to Attumen the Huntsman in Karazhan).
