Bug description: The Minor Power threshold is at 50% at rank 2 but when i put the essence it goes to 40 % ( Same issue with " The Ever-Rising Tide " essence )

It is just a visual bug regarding both essences, if you actually check it in game it will proc at 50% same with some other essences.

just checked ,only heals under 40% not 50% . Might be bugged after update .
