[DUPLICATE] Gloomseeker Yarga not taking cursed items

Bug description: Tried to return Encrusted Coin to this NPC (should work by talking with it but now it only shows generic message), and as of https://www.wowhead.com/item=170472/encrusted-coin#comments you shoudl be able to return the coin and get gold for it. Should also take Blind Eye, and Skeletal Hand. Also related to this, ppl get the Curse of the Tides debuff, saw it on others players, it's annoying in raids to see them they have the debuff, the fix would allow them to return the item and get rid of it.
