Bug description: It says to accept the quest grim tidings in redridge mountains. I go there and the npc is not there to accept the quest from. It shows it is supposed to be there but it doesn't appear to be. After the previous quest the npc disappeared which I thought was odd.

Relog where the quest marker indicates, the NPC will spawn.
