[DUPLICATE] BFA - Quest - The Treasury Heist

Bug description: Scenario enables PvP targets making them impossible to attack (can't enable PvP mode in scenario). Never had PvP mode on. Never had Warmode on. Wasn't in a party or group that did either. I suspect this is a new bug since the last server restart. I've done this quest recently on another toon without problem. A recent change must have broken it.

I know this quest worked only a matter of a day or few days ago at most. I just did it on another alt and it worked fine. There was a scheduled server restart this morning and it was after that that this quest stopped working.

Another bug with hunters. If you feign death when the mobs are spawned it's possible for one of them to not get aggro and reset to disabled. If that happens you can't get them to enable again as it breaks the script that enables them as you walk into the room. May happen with rogues and mages or shadowmeld also.

It may be possible to finish this if the NPC's don't die doing all the combat for you, it's very slow and I've had to restart it a couple times now so don't know if I'll make it trying that either.
