The CAS system was unable to initilize

After freshly installing from official source I started the game, logged in and was greeted with a message that 2 files were missing apparently but was still able to play. I played for about 15 minutes, exited the game and after I tried to launch the client again I was greeted with The CAS system error. I tried restarting checked for programs related to wow in task manager but neither helped.

Your drive is full. Look at the error.
