[FIXED] Spellqueue

Spellqueue and gcd were not working properly post this fix and were edited already to make it playable but high haste classes would still experience issues even after second fix.

First fix

Here you can clearly see that even after the second fix which is on what we played since release the issue still persisted to a certain extent.
