[FIXED] [Professions] Profession cap for professions taken before patch 8.2.0

Profession cap in patch 8.2 increased to 175 to allow crafting new stuff.

If you take profession in 8.2 patch, cap is 175, however for characters, who had profession from earlier patches, cap is still 150 and there is no way of increasing it other than re-learning profession
