The nightborne tattoos are glowing and looks really nice on teaser videos but it isnt working as intended in game at all

I recently race changed my belf to nightborne cus they look so nice but the tattoos doesnt seem to be working, please fix if possible, thank you in advance
if there is no in game fix , can i at least get a mod or something so at least i can see my tattoos?

Increase the level of details from your game settings and it will appear normally. Also, in certain screens, you need to rotate the character to clearly see the tattoos. It's intended.
