Scaling experience

Hello,
I would like to ask about the scaling experience, is there any way to turn it off in starting zones? I would like to play the game in a more RPG way, finishing quests in zones and gaining items, but with the scaling experience that seems impossible.
Is there any way to turn it off or fix it in another way?

Hello,

Unfortunately no, there is no way to turn off the scaling system. It has been introduced once the patch 7.3.0 got released.
