[FIXED] [Queen Azshara] Boss becomes a dummy during 4th phase

Seems that boss is bugging out for some reason and becomes a dummy whenever the boss enters Phase 4, she does not cast anything besides her aoe.

There have been reports regarding her only doing auto-attacks after specific time, or casting her AOE and standing still as shown in the proof below.

I have attempted reproducing the issue on PTR, sadly without any success.
