Hello,

Proceed to abandon the quest, delete your cache folder and re-attempt to complete it. This should fix your issue.

I'll wait for your response in order to see if any additional actions have to be made.

it did not seem to fix the issue unfortunately it still does no damage and I also noticed it doesn't consume any mana

I just tested it and the quest seemed to work properly.

Are you targeting the correct NPCs while trying to complete the quest? Also, if you have any UI addons which may interfere with the vehicle bar, then proceed to disable it until you are done with it.

I don't have any addons and I just made sure with the right enemies I downloaded the game via the torrent could it be that I'm missing an update or something?
