[Essence] Concentrated Flame visual

Bug description: The animation of Concentrated Flame is really off and seeing the bolt reaching the mob only after seconds feels scuffed, like you would have high ping, and the damage or healing from it(the animation, more precisely) not happening right on cast feels really bad during the gameplay. You can see it in the video. I'm press the ability, the gcd goes off and only after seconds the animation is happening.
