Bug description: Mobs on the Isle of Thunder should give reputation with the Black Prince
Proof:

These mobs on the Isle of Thunder should give reputation with the Black Prince all the way to Exalted.
They don't give any.

The only mobs that gives you reputation with black prince are those:
