(i)Can we launch game from external harddrive?
(ii)Can we migrate to our existing server to wow freakz
(iii)how to level up to 110

You can launch the game from wherever you installed it.

Migration Services are currently unavailable. There is, however, an NPC in-game in which you can talk to and receive an instant Level 110 boost, available once per account.

Unfortunately, migration services are closed for now but you can benefit a free char boost on your account for any character you desire but if you change your mind in cannot be undone in case you don't like the boosted char/class and want to switch to another so choose carefully.
