[FIXED] [The Hivemind NM] NPCs not present in the fight.

During [The Hivemind](https://www.wowhead.com/guides/hivemind-nyalotha-waking-city-raid-strategy-guide) encounter, a series of NPCs ( [Aqir Drone](https://www.wowhead.com/npc=157255/aqir-drone/normal-encounter-journal) and [Aqir Darter](https://www.wowhead.com/npc=157256/aqir-darter) ) are being spawned that are meant to interact with a set of spells that the two bosses are casting throughout the fight.

**Currently on PTR these NPCs are not spawning at all during the entirety of the fight.**
