[REJECTED] Problem with Donate

I bought this https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=308078 and this https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=136923 at the store. But it never came to my character. Bonuses are deducted. It is not possible to select a new product.
It was last night.

Squeakers, the Trickster is not working, you can contact the shop and request a refund. Regarding Battle Pets, they're not working either (not being added to collections upon purchase), so you will have to ignore that bonus until it expires.
