[DUPLICATE] Study Hall Combat Research 2nd book not working

Character name: Halain
Bug description: The first book: Encyclopedia Azsunica (K-M) works and spawns the kobold drawing however when trying Courtship Rituals of the Skrog book, it still spawns the kobold drawing and not the Sea Skrog Drawing. Because of this it is preventing me from continuing through the quest and through Azsuna.

Notes: I have restarted my computer and deleted my cache file.
