[Priest][Discipline] Power Word: Fortitude - Line of sight

Bug description:
Whenever you press PW:F(the stamina buff) it should go on every player that is in the party. Even tho the player is in Line of Sight, the buff should be applied, just like you can see in the 1st proof from retail.
If you target the player and he's in Line of Sight, yes, the buffing shouldn't work, but if nobody's targeted, then the buff should be applied on every party member in a range of 40 yrds(basically should work just like Mass Ress, only range being different).
In the videos you can also see when I target the player or not and when the buff is applied(retail) or not(freakz), on top of players heads, whenever I am in LoS.
