Is the heritage armor for tauren quest working? I am 120 lvl exalted w Thunder bluff and i have my war campaign almost completed.

As long as you fulfill the reputation requirements, Kaos Blackthorn will offer you the quest.

The questlines for the Core Heritages are not scripted, you can obtain them through The Eternal Travelers Custom Event
