Bug description: essence Vision of Perfection reduces the cooldown of combustion 25% , 25% from 2 min combustion is 30 sec not 10 sec how is right now
Proof: without esence combustion have 2 min https://imgur.com/a/ohL16PT
and with essence combustion have 1.5min https://imgur.com/a/nfQQQ69

It works as intended , 1.5 min = 1 minute 30 seconds. Rejected.
