Bug description: Total 15 bolts, but only do 4-5 bolt total, so it lose 2/3 total dps

I can't seem to replicate this issue at all, tested it on PvE & PvP dummies, open world mobs and dungeon mobs and always managed to get it to shoot out the full 15 bolts. Is the issue still happening for you?

This is my another test on dummy at Boralus, you will see only 4 bolts fly to dummy and on skada show 4 bolts too.

Does the bug occur on use outside of hitting dummies with it?

i just test on dummy, work well, but sometime in bg or arena it occur

Rejected due to lack of reproducibility. If you figure out the cause of the issue, feel free to make a new post. Will have to close this for now though.
